Depression Clinic. CBT provides effective brief therapy for depression, clinical
depression, major depressive disorder MMD (uni-polar), ante-natal and post-natal
depression. Using cognitive behavioural therapy CBT, which is also a proficient therapy
for panic and anxiety, and can often be a co-morbid mental health problem with depression,
along with sleeping disorders.
